I recently began spending a lot more time on my hands and knees in the forest and need somewhere to store the evidence to prove I'm not all nutty and there is reason behind the muddy trousers.

I won't be exclusively exploiting models of the fungal variety, however I would be lying if I said they didn't feature heavily. I'm not a mycologist although I wouldn't mind the chance to bend the ear of one, coz dat fungus identification ant no walk in the park I can tell ya.

On a more serious note I would really like to enjoy the flavours without the next youtoob video in the queue sending me running for the bathroom! (This last statement is obviously NOT a joke! There be many mushrooms in the forest that could take any man down in his prime! So if man don't know, man don't make flippin dinner out of it... again anyway.)
